I just received my 10-gallon plastic can. It is well made, and I like it. It doesn't fit my existing pet waste station perfectly, but I can live with it. My question is I have 13-gallon trash bags, and they won't fit, too small. What size do I need to buy?

Does this can come with internal garbage bag holders, that hold the garbage bag in place and keep it from falling down into the garbage can? We currently have this feature in our metal cans and it works well.

The plastic can does not have interior rings to hold the trash bag; however, our liners are designed specifically to fit the trash can so there should be no issue with it falling down.
