Do your Bags fit other Dispensers?
Yes, Pet Waste Eliminator Doggie Bags ™ are universal Dog Waste Bags and will fit any System.
If your Bags are on a Roll, which requires the user to pull out and tear off at a perforation, then you use Item # E40 Pet Waste Eliminator Doggie Bags ™ on a Roll.
If the Bags are packed flat and attached to a Header Card that hangs from 2 prongs inside the Dispenser, then you need Item # E41 Pet Waste Eliminator Doggie Bags on a Header.
We guarantee that our Pet Waste Eliminator Doggie Bags ™ will fit, but if for some reason they don't fit whatever Dispenser you have, we'll gladly accept return OR we'll give you one of our Pet Waste Eliminator™ System FREE! We’ll even send a pick-up tag and pay to bring your old Dispenser back to us after you receive and install your new one.
How many Bags do your Dispensers hold?
If you are using the Doggie Bags that are on Header Card Bags (Item # E41 Pet Waste Eliminator Doggie Bags), the Pet Waste Eliminator™ Dispenser Box will hold up to 560 Doggie Waste Bags . That means less maintenance for you!
How many Bags do I need to start?
That depends on the amount of dog owner traffic that will use each Pet Waste Eliminator™ Station.
On average a multi-housing community or HOA will use approximately 300-800 Bags per month. A park or doggie day care setting where more Dog Owners are expected it averages out to 800-2500 Bags per month per box Dispenser.
Usage can vary widely depending on the area , weather and compliance of Dog Owners. Always keep your Pet Waste Eliminator™ Dispenser Box stocked with Pet Waste Bags to build compliance and avoid user inconvenience. Pet Waste Eliminator™ guarantees same day shipments on all our Bags so you don’t have to over plan or stock more than what you need. Once we set up your System you will be able determine your monthly need within a few weeks.

What are my payment options?
We accept credit cards. VISA, MasterCard, American Express & Discover. If you are an established Hotel, Vet Clinic, HOA, Municipality, City, Campground, Dog Groomer or Property Management Company you can set up an account with us, no credit application is necessary! You're automatically approved up to $1000. We send you an invoice with net 30 terms.
Will I receive an invoice with the order?
Yes. Your order confirmation will be your invoice when paying by credit cards. If you are paying on your account with net 30 terms, we will mail an invoice separately from your shipment.
When my order is placed online, how long does it take to be processed?
All orders placed by 4:00pm CST Monday-Friday will be processed and shipped the SAME business day.

Standard Shipping is by Ground, so please allow 1-5 days for delivery. Discounted Shipping Offers apply to Continental US only. Express Service such as Next Day or 2nd Day can be requested. Please email or phone if you require expedited shipping or shipping to a Post Office Box.
Does state sales tax apply to my order?
Yes, all orders will be charged a sales tax following their individual state's tax rules in accordance to the Supreme Court's Wayfair decision. Texas customers are required to pay 8.25% sales tax and will also be charged on the order.

Yes! You will get an email confirmation from Pet Waste Eliminator™ the same day you place your order. It will list the items you’ve ordered as well as how to contact us if there are any questions.

Yes we do. Pet Waste Eliminator sells directly to everyone who needs pet waste products. For resellers , our prices are already set to be as low as possible; however, if you have a large order, please give us a call and let us work with you. Can I get a refund if I am not satisfied with my purchase?

What if I'm a Tax Exempt Customer?
When you place your first order, please send your Tax-Exempt Number to us at customerservice@PetWasteEliminator.com, so we can add it to your account. Please note whenever you place an order online, your online Order Confirmation Email will show tax; however, once we have your Tax-Exempt Number on file, our Accounting Team will update your invoice to exclude tax. If paying by credit card, this will be done before your card is charged.
