"Hi as an HOA we are really happy with our purchase...People are not only using the bags and picking up after their pets but they are also picking up trash... so it's a win win! The only reason I am giving it a 4 star is it is difficult when putting in the refill for the poop bags it really takes 2 people. One to hold the lid and to hold a roll so that the other person can put in the other two and its difficult trying to close it and not have the bags fall out... took a lil work but we were able to get it done! :)"
