That’s superb product quality! Please see photos taken recently, you’ll be the judge. Last month one of our 3 sets had a broken bag dispenser box and a broken lid (after 13 years). The customer service was excellent, the agent helped me to locate the prior HOA BOD who had originally purchased the sets (and had sold the house long since). "Would have given it 5 stars, but I wasted 20 minutes calling customer support and looking for the key to the box that was taped underneath one of the flaps on the box. Never looked there. All the other dispensers I have bought didn't need a key to open. A simple note or a red string or tape attached to the key would have saved a lot of frustration."
